MSP Foundation
Overview
The course is recommended for managers who have recently been given a programme role, for programme support staff, for specialists contributing to a programme, and for senior executives directing a programme.

In addition delegates will work through case study based exercises, and will be prepared for the MSP Foundation exam.
This course takes place over three days. The Foundation exam is taken during the afternoon of day three. Some evening consolidation and preparation work is required in order to gain maximum benefit from the course. Residential attendance is recommended.
Foundation Examination Format
- Multiple-choice
- 40 minutes duration
- 50 questions
- 30 correct answers or more are required to pass
- Closed-book.

Joining instructions and MSP manual, are sent to delegates approximately 2 - 3 weeks before the course start date.Typically pre-course preparation will require a couple of hours of study.
