Themes
Some elements, such as making plans and monitoring progress, need to be managed continuously, throughout a project. PRINCE2 explains a comprehensive set of just seven themes that will ensure you consider all aspects of a project. But PRINCE2 goes further by adding a specific PRINCE2 treatment for each theme and integrating them tightly into a coherent way of considering the whole project from start to finish.
Processes
The seven PRINCE2 processes describe the activities that need to be considered at each step during the life of the project. They link the triggers for each step with the information about the project that needs to be created or updated and make clear who should be doing what.
For a single project PRINCE2:
