Overview
This in-house course is designed for support staff, project team members or project managers.
The following main topics will be covered:

Relevant lecture notes, case study material and exercises will be provided.
Participants will be encouraged to take an active part in all topics - each session will contain discussions and collaborative work in small groups.

Session 2
Techniques of conflict management, Negotiation principles, Stages of negotiation
Session 3
Motivation and learning, Role of leader, Leadership characteristics and styles.
Session 4
Characteristics of successful teams, Development of the team, Barriers to team-building.
