Introductory Certificate - 2 days
The APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management offers an insight into this exciting and challenging discipline. Candidates for the examination are expected to demonstrate an understanding of the language of project management (ie the definitions) and the structure of a successful project.
APMP - 5 days
APMP is the qualification for anyone who has worked within project management for up to two years, or for anyone who has recently taken on project management responsibilities. The learning outcomes in the syllabus are couched in terms of an ability to "Distinguish between", "Explain", "Describe", "Demonstrate" and "Perform calculations and interpret".
APMP for PRINCE2 Registered Practitioners - 3 days
This APMP course is designed for those who are currently Prince2 Registered Practitioners as the course recognises prior learning from PRINCE2 in 12 of the APMP topics. Only 25 of the 37 topics in the APMP syllabus are covered and the examination is shortened to two hours.
